Emergency Services
If the unthinkable happens, in the unlikely event of a burst water or gas main. Or your oven, grill or gas interlock system fails in the middle of service, help is at hand.
We offer a round the clock emergency service that aims to be at your door within 3 hours, but typically within 1 hour.
Our 24hr policy is to attend your property and completely fix your fault.
93% of all our emergency call outs are dealt with on the first visit.
However, some emergencies will require a a second visit where a temporary fix has been achieved.
We will make the necessary arrangements for the follow up, to repair any damage that has arisen from the fault.
